Terms of Service

Artistic Style: Client acknowledges that she/he has viewed examples of previous work by Jennifer Jeanne Photography, and is satisfied with the overall style of photography presented. Client understands that variations in locations, subjects, and lighting allow for changes in the final outcome of Session. There is no way to know what photos will be produced during Session as this is an event in the future. Jennifer Jeanne Photography reserves the right to artistically interpret how to photograph a scene. This means that some shots are delivered in color and others may be black and white. 

Copyright & Reproductions: Jennifer Jeanne Photography owns the copyright to all images created during Session and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. Jennifer Jeanne Photography maintains the right to make reproductions for the Client or for Jennifer Jeanne Photography’s portfolio, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, or editorial use.

Inherent Qualities: Client is aware that color dyes in photographs and photography products may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Jennifer Jeanne Photography from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities
